ic components GAL16V8 and GAL20V8 with TTL and CMOS level compatible?

ic components GAL20V8 and GAL16V8 (hereinafter referred to as GAL) some time ago I

2.GAL is compatible with the CMOS of the 74HCT series, which is not compatible with the
